In Tiffany’s yoga classes you will be gently guided to move, breathe, and relax! She is skilled to modify any posture to meet the needs of each one of her students. Tiffany brings enthusiasm, knowledge and practice to each class she offers.

Tiffany has a gift of reading a room and creates a safe place to learn and practice. During each class Tiffany guides you through seasonally appropriate practices to calm the mind, strengthen the body and open the heart.
