What is an Ayurvedic Consultation?

Tiffany will examine your eating, movement, and lifestyle habits. She will ask questions about your food, daily routines and even your poop. Then she will teach you some important aspects of Ayurveda. How you fit into the science of Ayurveda and how it fits into you. You will gain a deeper understanding of this ancient healing science, Ayurveda. Through the Ayurvedic lens, she will offer suggestions of food, yoga, and lifestyle practices to become more situated in the self. (We all want that, right?) Tiffany will empower you with simple tools and techniques to enhance your over all well being and improve your quality of life.

90 Minute Consult $145

This is a great start to your journey toward whole health. You and Tiffany will discuss your wellness goals, current health concerns you are experiencing, your current food, movement, and lifestyle habits. Your initial consultation is a basic download of information based the completed intake form and the consultation conversation Tiffany will offer suggestions and solutions through the lens of Ayurveda. You will be given a personalized food, lifestyle, and self-care guidelines to support your journey toward health and wellness. This may sound like a lot, but we will tailor it so the choices and changes are simple and easy.

Consultation Package $225

Includes one 90-minute consultation & two 60-minute sessions

This is a comprehensive package and a deeper commitment toward thriving in your health. In the first, 90-minute consult, you and Tiffany will discuss your health goals, current concerns, and your food, movement, and lifestyle habits. Your initial consultation is a means of getting to know you in order to understand your needs. The following two 60-minute sessions will be opportunities to deepen your knowledge of Ayurveda and how it can bring ease to your life and your unique experience. We will talk about the suggested practices that are working and what might be adjusted. During these sessions you will take home additional suggestions, practices and tools to deepen the benefits of your Ayurvedic rhythm.

Based on information from the intake form and the consultation conversation, you will be given personalized food, lifestyle, and self-care guidelines to support your journey toward health and wellness. This may sound like a lot, but we will tailor it so the changes are simple and easy.
